Warranty

Every mattress from Biosleep comes with a 7 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It’s rare, but it can happen. Sorry-no comfort guarantees (expressed or implied). We stand behind (and sleep on) our products, and we will do everything we can to resolve issues quickly should they arise. Please Note your warranty will be registered as soon as your buy our Mattress online.
To avail the warranty: Retain this warranty card, brand tags on mattress and the purchase invoice.
Biosleep limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:
• Mattress shrinkage, deformity of sagging of more than one (1) inch.
• Undulations on the mattress surface or splits in the foam material.
The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:
• Damage of mattress due to misuse and abuse.
• Fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns.
• Use of mattress on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress.
• Mattress cover if any.
• Zipper on the mattress if any.
• Unauthorized service during the warranty period.
• Warranty does not cover depression of less than 1 inch (25 mm) Body indentations are a normal occurrence in a new mattress and indicate the upholstery         layers are conforming to your body and its contours.
• Warranty doesn’t cover preferences in comfort level.
Steps for warranty claim handling:
• Submit proof of problem to Biosleep along with invoice and warranty card copy.
• Biosleep will have a confirmation call and arrange for pick up from your location at no cost to you.
• Biosleep to inspect the received product & confirm on claim status.
• Biosleep to repair mattress or provide replacement if repair not possible.
• Biosleep will ship the mattress back free of cost.
Other Terms:
• Only the customer who originally bought the mattress and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for the warranty claim.
• Specifically, for memory foam mattresses, normal change in softness and recovery time occurs a period of the time. This does not affect the pressure relieving qualities of these mattresses.
• The company reserves the right to replace the defective product with a product of equal or higher value (with the extra charges being borne by the customer) and does not guarantee an exact match to your current mattress.
• Models that are discontinued have to be upgraded to equivalent or higher model with applicable price difference being borne by customer.
• If one of your pair mattresses has sagged, only the sagged mattress will be replaced.
• While the company will endeavor to replace the item under warranty as soon as possible, it is not liable to do so within any specified time.
• The decision of the company regarding the nature of defects and applicability of this warranty will be final.
• The warranty period on a replaced product shall be automatically reduced to the balance period, as computed from the date of first sale of the product.
• Product features, specifications and warranty terms are subject to change without notice.
• Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary condition may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, Biosleep may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim.
• Biosleep’s highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattress as shown in the original invoice. Claim, if any arising from the warranty will be restricted to courts within the Nagpur jurisdiction only. Any implied warranty on this product, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
for particular purpose, shall not exceed in duration the term of this limited warranty, which begins with the date of purchase by the consumer. The terms in this warranty shall be the consumers sole and exclusive remedy in the event of product failure during the warranty period. We shall not be liable for
incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of this product or the inability to use the product, or the breach of this or any other express or implied warranty.
